Andreas P. Pahl Joins Burzenski & Company Veterinary Practice Team
Andreas P. Pahl, MBA, MBA, SPHR, CVPM has joined the Burzenski & Company, PC veterinary practice team. He brings extensive veterinary administration experience to the Burzenski veterinary team.
Mr. Pahl is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), actively serves on the CVPM Board of Directors and also actively serves on the VHMA's Program Committee. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). SPHR is an industry certification for people working in the human resource management profession. The certification, awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute, signifies that individuals possess the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the body of knowledge in the field. He is also member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) which is the world’s largest association devoted to this field.
He was most recently the hospital administrator at Valley Cottage Animal Hospital.

Mr. Pahl is proficient in administration, budgeting, finance, data analysis, planning, purchasing and human resources. He has written about client care and operational efficiency for national publications. Additionally, he is a Management Instructor for Patterson Veterinary University’s practice management series.
He earned a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, then added a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Gerontology and a Master’s in Business Administration with a Finance concentration at Long Island University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Dominican College.
